“Ms. Lambert, | have always been the one in charge of things in the Torrey household. In the past, | only treated

leave right now!”
“You silly goose! You're too polite for your own good!” Gwen exclaimed in frustration. She then turned to face
Ariana and glared at her, saying, “Unless somebody else! You're a cruel and heartless human being with no
sense of empathy!”
Ariana couldn’t be bothered with Gwen. She told Summer, Send Ms. Piper to the hotel. She may leave whenever
she’s tired of staying there.”
“Yes, Ms. Torrey.”
Summer then walked over to Fiona. Fiona looked unhappy, but she still left with Summer in the end. She knew
that if she didn’t leave today, she probably wouldn't have the chance to continue staying in this city anymore.
While watching Fiona being led away, Gwen rushed up to her and said, “Fifi, don’t worry. | will fulfill my promises
to you. I'll get you into Glea College in the next two days. Don’t worry about it.”
Fiona’s eyes were filled with gratitude. “Thank you, Aunt Gwen.”
It wasn’t until Fiona finally left that Gwen went back to the Torrey household. She yelled up the stairs at Ariana
and said, “Since a certain someone refuses to make amends with Mr. Lodge, someone else will take her place
very soon! And she’d better not regret it when Mr. Lodge gets snatched out of her hands!”
Ariana had already returned to her room. She couldn't help chuckling when she heard Gwen shouting up the
stairs.
She had already known Gwen's plans as soon as she saw how she got Fiona to dress. But, Brian wasn’t someone
who was that easy to please. If he was, then he would have to be an imposter.
The next day, Ariana suddenly decided to go back to college
Selena purposely drove her to campus. While driving, Selena asked, “Haven't you already suspended your
studies? Why are you coming back here again to go through hell when you should be resting at home?”
