A thought struck Yolanda. As Vic and Hunter talked, she approached Beatrice's bedside. She checked Beatrice's

pulse and lifted her left eyelid. It was just as she suspected!

Before she could speak, the middle-aged doctor across the bed barked, "What do you think you're doing?"

All eyes turned to Yolanda.

"Who are you? Who let you in here?" Only then did Vic notice her presence by Beatrice's bedside. His expression

darkened with a murderous glint in his eyes. Years of running Riverdale had taught him caution. If someone was

targeting his mother, he would rather be safe than sorry.

"Mr. Seinfield, this is Yolanda Henderson. | asked her to come!" Jeremy quickly explained. "Don't let her age fool

you. She studied under a master. She's treated me, Mr. Rowse, and even Mr. Hansen Senior. You can trust her!"

Jeremy's words visibly softened the room's tension. Vic's hostility faded. "Ms. Henderson, what did you find?"

"She's been poisoned."

"Obviously! We know that!" the doctor snapped.

"It's not just from the fake supplements. There's long-term poisoning here. Someone has been administering

toxins that slowly infiltrate her system without immediate damage or detection. But when these toxins interact

with specific catalysts, they beclethal.

"It would cause organ failure within 48 hours without leaving a trace. It's diabolically sophisticated."

"Ms. Henderson, are you saying..." The room struggled to follow.

"Can you treat it?" Though shocked, Vic pushed aside questions about the perpetrator for now. "I'll get you

"Are you certain?" Vic stared at her intently. "How confident are you?"

"One hundred percent," Yolanda answered honestly.

"Nonsense!" Hunter erupted from the crowd. "This is a life we're talking about. You can't make such reckless

claims!"

If Yolanda had claimed 30 percent confidence, Hunter would not have objected.

But such absolute certainty from a young woman seemed suspicious when experts were stumped. He was even

starting to doubt her medical credentials as a miracle doctor.

"Jeremy, have you been conned?"
